Eradication of the root causes of ailments for disease prevention and life preservation

THE RASCALS
AT WHO AND UNO

Health of the masses is at the mercy of vested interests in medical profession and medicine industry.Health of the masses is at the mercy of vested interests in medical profession and medicine industry.

Both are busy day and night in amassing money. new expensive drugs are invented to enhance the corporations profitability and new procedures are invented in medical field to increase diagnostic and treatment costs. today such costs stand beyond the reach of common man.

No serious effort is being made to eradicate the root causes of ailments and poor health, infant mortality etc.

One such example is tobacco and cigarette industry. who cares if that keeps the wheels of industry running thru a chain process of letting people fall sick and then treating them that thus brings money two fold to the exploiters of mankind, one thru consumption and the other thru treatments and the so called health management.

If people keep suffering/ dying so what , the hospital beds are more and more occupied and the medical profession is getting more and more lucrative and the medicine industry keeps flourishing.

The health profession peacefully watch millions of helpless people dying from diseases which are preventable that include innocent infants and children.

You heartless , lethargic and utterly incompetent , i wish sooner or later , the sooner the better ,you shall all be hanged publicly for murdering world's millions from tobacco , from diseases which are preventable , from poor / unhealthy environment, from dumping of dangerous toxic wastes , from illegal and immoral wars, from corrupt food and resources management, from excessive taxation, from dubious birth control schemes...fleecing the world's toilers thru free market economy...the list of your crimes is long and un-ending.

Governments and organizations are talking a lot but doing little. both get the rich rewards though being worth a penny in terms of delivery of promised remedies. both have a poor vision of what they are supposed to do.

Better and good for them if they get down to the real work of common welfare genuinely and expeditiously, regulating their thoughts in the right direction and taking due actions lest the masses will stand and destroy their vicious kingdom of self seekers.

The fruits of hard labour by billions of world's toilers are taken-away by these regimes in the name of taxes for welfare and development by the vicious gang of rulers and their corrupt bureaucrats all over the world. it is then fluidly spent on perks of the executives , their fruitless traveling , corrupt projects spending and adventurous war games.

Alas all what they have been amassing will not follow them in their graves as the ultimate equality in consumption is ordained by Allah himself. We can eat and digest only as much as our body needs, wear only one dress, a pair of shoes, ride one vehicle at a time and our sleeping space is 6 by 2 ft no matter how much wealth and control we are able to possess.

Nothing follows us in the next world except our well intentioned deeds. We loose our control on our possessions and yet we will have to account for every penny as to how we acquired it and how we spent it to the core of our intentions.

That is the life to come to stay for trillions of years and our time of departure from this world is also not in our hand, considering our current ages, our one foot is already in our graves.

What we do not have in today's world to make our lives heavenly with so much surplus in resources, production capacity, technical advancement, information technology and a lot more conveniences for development and advancement.

But the world has become hostage in the hands of the few unscrupulous and their collaborators in vested interests.

At the end of the day every one must serve to meet ends of those unscrupulous. those who happen to be the world's executive with vested financial interests and the so called richest in league with them.

We thus need a change not only in Pakistan but the world over, beginning with the replacement of the world's current leadership thru popular yet peaceful uprising of the silent masses.

Sincerely,

Shuja ur Rehman Khan

Disease Prevention

The term "prevention" encompasses the philosophy, credo, programs, and practices that aim to defer or eliminate diseases, disability, and other forms of human suffering.

Disease prevention is the deferral or elimination of specific illnesses and conditions by one or more interventions of proven efficacy.

The general awareness regarding good health is increasing every day and the ultimate foundation of good healthy living remains none other than prevention of disease itself. As goes the age old saying 'PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE'. Amidst all the advancement in the fields of medical science and human health nothing else remains truer.

It is useful to distinguish among three levels of prevention—primary, secondary, and tertiary— although the boundaries between these levels are not always perfectly understood.

"Primary prevention" refers to the prevention of diseases before their biological onset. For example, pasteurizing milk essentially eliminates bacterial pathogens that could cause illnesses, and measles immunization prevents clinical illness before it can get started. Another kind ofprimary prevention occurs when older persons with osteoporosis wear hip protectors, which absorb the shock of a fall and are capable of preventing hip fracture. Behavioral interventionssuch as smoking cessation, preventive dental care, and maintaining physical exercise are also examples of primary prevention, as are the provision of uncontaminated food and water. Routine searching for genetic abnormalities is usually a form of primary prevention, in that abnormal genes that are associated with various diseases can often be detected before any disease occurs. An example is newborn screening for phenylketonuria, a metabolic disease that can be subverted with an appropriate diet.

"Secondary prevention" refers to the prevention of clinical illness through the early andasymptomatic detection and remediation of certain diseases and conditions that, if left undetected, would likely become clinically apparent and harmful. This is often referred to as "screening." There are many examples of secondary disease prevention, including routine bacteriological culturing for sexually transmitted organisms in asymptomatic persons; routineserological testing for preclinical infections such as syphilis; screening for high blood pressure, which may indicate clinical hypertension; screening for early breast cancer using mammographyor for early cancers or precancerous lesions of the colon using sigmoidoscopy orcolonoscopy.Sometimes it may be possible to apply primary preventive interventions to diseases that are already developing: smoking cessation and increasing exercise may prevent the emergence of heart attack or stroke, even though some atherosclerotic lesions (hardening of the arteries) are already developing.

"Tertiary prevention" refers to the prevention of disease progression and additional disease complications after overt clinical diseases are manifest, many examples exist— lowering a high blood cholesterol level after a heart attack can prevent the occurrence of further heart attacks and related conditions such as stroke and angina pectoris (chest pain with activity). Similarly, treating high blood pressure after a stroke may decrease the risk of subsequent strokes. For persons with diabetes mellitus, eye examinations to detect diabetic retinal disease, and steps taken to prevent its progression, are routinely undertaken.

Religion plays a major role in the life of billions around the world. Islam is a comprehensive system of life, which provides the best forms of balance between the mundane and the spiritual. There are more than a billion Muslims around the world. Many of those are deprived from their basic health needs. Islam puts a considerable emphasis on health and prevention. According to the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) we learn that there exists no disease, no ailment for which there is no cure, for both the ailment and its antidote are but under the commands of The Supreme Allah. These cures and preventions are easily available in the diet, for examples:

• A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.
• Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
• A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
• Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
• Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
• Eggplant, Avocadoes and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
• Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm cells to overcome male sterility.
• Grapefruits, Oranges, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
• Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.
• Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
• Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries.

Then which of the favours of your Allah will ye deny? - [Quran 55:13]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) told us that black seed is a cure for every disease. The Arabic word 'shifaa' (cure) came without the definite article which means that it is an indefinite word that covers most cures. This means that black seed contributes to the cure of every disease. It has been scientifically proved that the immunity system is the only system that has the ability to combat diseases and produce cells that kill viruses. Through research and laboratory work that has been done on the effect of black seed, it has been found that it activates human immunity and increases the production of natural killer cells, constraining cells, and assistant cells. Black seed led to the development of assistant lymph cells, an increase in interferon and interleukin 1 and 2, and the immunity of the cell became stronger. All this led to an increase in the immunity system's ability to combat and destroy cancer cells and viruses. It has also healed the tracks of schistosomiasis. Based on these facts, we can conclude that black seed is a cure for every disease because it strengthens the immunity system which is responsible for curing diseases and combating viruses.

So praise be to our beloved Nabi(SAW) who produced us with marvelous knowledge which dazzles the wisest minds.

The Almighty created the universe and all that is within it with love and bestowed countless blessings upon us. Health is wealth. A blessing that is priceless. One that if lost, becomes a misery that destructs life. In all natural ways He has provided us the means of prevention from disease as well as cure. Thus, abiding by His set of rules and committing ones self to His submission brings laurels not only for the world here after, but is equally beneficial to stay fit and happy in this world.
